resolved.
Achievements
o Managed and coordinated the move of circuit board assembly lines
from Delphi Electronics and Safety to a Mexican contract supplier
reducing the capital investment by $10 million in a six month
period.
o Developed critical parts process along with escalation process for
Delphi Electronics and Safety.
o Initiated and lead critical supplier meetings with Delphi
Electronics & Safety Purchasing organization and supply base.
o Coordinated the launch of material supply process in new European

Responsible for the total printed circuit board buy and management of the
supply base.
Achievements
4 Completed the sourcing over 100 million dollars of printed circuit boards
in 2002.

in 2002 for Delphi Delco Electronics Mobile-Multi-Media business
unit.

Responsible for working with the product business units to establish a
smooth transition from the inception of awarded business to production ramp-
up.
Achievements
o Managed a 10 person team that requisitioned, received, warehoused,
and allocated all materials for 105 simultaneous development and
start-up programs.
o Initiated a pre-production Bill of Materials review that improved
new product start-up speed and effectiveness.
o Developed and implemented a production readiness tracking system
that resulted in increased efficiency by utilizing a database
management system.
PC/Material Planner
Delphi Delco Electronics (1991-1994)
Developed monthly production schedules by evaluating customer demand,
yearly trends, and manufacturing input.
Achievements
o Successfully served as the liaison between General Motors and the
Delphi Automotive Systems production processes.
o Coordinated the delivery of over 15 million parts annually with no
customer interruptions.
o Successfully organized the material replacement of over 6 million
voltage regulators in the field due to a quality problem without
any customer impact.
o Implemented a consumption-based Material Pull System that reduced
$3 million in costed inventory.
Manufacturing Supervisor
Delphi Delco Electronics (1989-1991)
Led 16 UAW operators within a wafer fabrication clean room in all aspects
of integrated circuit manufacturing. Responsible for all facets of
production on nine product lines including employee safety, housekeeping,
product quality, delivery, departmental cost control, scrap, re-work and
training.
Achievements
o Staffed positions, trained, wrote work instructions for jobs in
fab.
o Part of a team of employees that established an hours-balancing
format that was agreed upon by the local UAW representation.
o Improved third shift productivity by establishing nightly training
rotations with technical support and UAW operators.
