A Fortune 500 global office furniture manufacturer.

Design Researcher

. Conceived of and developed computer-based research tools that were

leveraged by the company's research and development groups to streamline

and enhance their research processes. Evaluated usability of these tools

in focus groups using interactive prototypes and storyboard illustrations

of use case scenarios. Developed wireframes, mockups and functional

specifications with the results of usability testing sessions.

. Developed an interactive training course in Human-Centered Design and

taught this course to Business and Design students at local colleges and

universities.

. Created research and sales presentations and marketing collateral

material that were used by sales and dealers across North America to gain

access to facilities decision makers and build the company's reputation

as an industry thought leader.

. Developed groundbreaking user insights and design specifications that led

to the design of innovative furniture, technology and environment

applications. Presented research insights on progressive learning

environments to facilities influencers in dozens of higher education

institutions across North America, thereby helping the company build

relationships with important clients.

. Consulted with schools on developing user-centered environments for their

renovation/design projects. Piloted prototype learning environments that
