Operations Manager, 2009 - Present

Responsible for Processing department, to include conveyable carton sort,

break pack and put-to-store (non-conveyable). Work closely with Inbound

and Outbound departments to develop daily, weekly and monthly production

plans to service 145 stores in Florida and south Georgia. Responsible for

processing all outbound orders within a 24 hour period while maintaining

the highest level of quality. Manage two salaried supervisors and 30

hourly associates.
