misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract, and
successfully prosecuted counterclaims for improper restraint of trade.
. As first chair (sole) trial counsel, successfully defended manufacturer
against multi-million dollar claims for trademark violations, false
advertising under the Lanham Act, and unfair competition, after a 3-day
bench trial.
