Operations Lead for the Opportunity Management (OM) Team and primary owner
of OM operations. Consulted with the Dev Lead in Madrid to ensure
development products met business requirements. Communicated with business
users and all other application teams involved on current status and
upcoming changes in production.
. Monitored, tracked, provided weekly status reports and resolved
incident cases related to SAP/CRM OM beginning in 2006: Reduced the
backlog efficiency percentage 15 % within the first year as Team Lead.
. Served as the SAP Functional lead for the OM team to gather
requirements, create project plans, lead product testing and
coordinate user testing for monthly and quarterly releases that were
successfully released into production.
. Created monthly operations scorecard for the OM Team, to track

upgrades and the name change to Accenture, by making code changes and

. Developed as a team troubleshooter, Notes based Approvals and
Authorizations System for the European Service Center (P2P R2.4): As
the onsite 'analyzer' of system issues in Dublin, Ireland, assessed,
estimated and fixed issues of varying degrees, even when poorly
defined.
. Teamed in transforming the ASC Front Door into a pure Web application
for the Self Services optimization project, by converting Notes based
products into web products.
. Converted Notes based forms, views, navigators and links into Web
products using Java Script, HTML and XML.

interviews with the development and functional team to determine if
Capability Maturity Model (CMM) best practices were followed and to
