Contract for the Fort Hood Military Housing in Killeen, Texas. Help set
Up The JD Edwards computer program to start budgets, cost comparisons,
P. O. system and do cost analysis for the 16 divisions Commercial with heavy emphasis on civil infrastructure
for the 1000 new multifamily units. Timberline estimating program was used for all infrastructures as well
as the actual Sticks and bricks for this entire project.
I started the project from ground up to actual project managing the first
two multifamily villages consisting of 400 units. (4 plexes and 6 plexes)
The other segment to this contract was cost analysis of 5700 existing units
To do major renovations and actual tear down of over 1000 units. My job
Was to scope out the 16 divisions, estimate cost, and help procure the
Renovation project. Suretrak 3.0 was used for the project management scheduling and I loaded it with the
budgets to be able to track our monthly cash flow. Prolog was used for our project management.
Working closely with the Army Corp of Engineers throughout this project.
