planning. After working as law clerk at the firm, I was hired as the only full-time attorney at this

• First chaired or was an integral part of advising, counseling, and representing over six hundred
(600) clients with their corporate, transactional, estate planning or probate needs.
• Drafted, reviewed and negotiated thorough, plain-English contracts for large ($25+ million),
