2000-2009 Mizkan Americas, Inc. (K.C., MO.) Nakano Foods, Inc. before
name change.
Plant Manager. Total responsibility for all vinegar processing,
packing and shipping. Directed management staff of 6 and hourly
workforce of 30-50. Developed and directed strategies to
maintain an annual operating budget of $26 million. Reported
directly to Senior Vice-President of Operations in all areas.
. My facility participated in a company safety program that
achieved a 7.1 recordable incident rate 2008. This was a
rate decrease from 15.5 three years earlier.
. My team accomplished an increase in this facility's net
profit from approximately .5 million dollars annually to
2.2 million dollars annually.
. My team improved the P.O.C. (Perfect Order Completion) rate
from 59% during 2002 to our customers to 98+ % every year
2003-2009.
. We annually raised our container line rate each year from
2004-2009 and reduced our cost per case from $.45 to $.18
per case.
