developing job description, hiring and training employees.

Assistant Store Manager Cosmetics and Shoes

Hired to run the number two and four sales volume departments

of commissioned sales. Both areas brought up to sales leaders

in the store and the district. Granted national cosmetics make

up artist events by Estee Lauder and Lancome lines. Sales

volume and customer service levels grew above district level

percentage. Shoe department achieved seven figure volume with

in one year of leadership. Employees in my areas promoted to

other positions with in store.

Hired to replace retiring Women's Shoe Merchandiser. Developed

work into Men's Shoe Catalogs, including responsibility for

shoe development with Chinese, Italian and Brazilian

factories. Initiated programs for custom shoe programs that

drove up margins double digit with some buyer risk. Mentor for

new merchandisers and on pilot program in developing internet

business. Specialization in developing and analyzing patterns

for growth by adding new fabrications and freshen style

updates.
