Senior Director Shared Services (reporting to the Executive Director
of COSE and President of the CVB)
Responsible for the vision and leadership of all aspects of
Information Technology and Information Systems for the Greater
Cleveland Partnership (GCP), Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) and
the Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB):
. Implemented, and chaired, a Shared Services Steering Committee
. Integrated the voice and data networks for the Cleveland Convention
and Visitors Bureau (CVB) with Greater Cleveland Partnership/COSE
networks
. Directed an IT/IS staff, and outsourced external staff, that supports
seventeen active web pages providing interactive services to the staff
and the membership
. Directed the design and construction of technical infrastructure
(data, voice and audio visual) during the renovation of the Higbee
