between Eaton Electrical and Daqo Group, a leading company of electrical

switchgear business in China. The JV has about $60m of sales per year.

. Streamlined supply chain and operations by implementing EBS tools

such as Lean, Six Sigma, EHS, Total Cost Management and BSC.

. Established standard Strategic Sourcing procedure, optimized critical

part supply base and achieved over 5% cost savings as well as

Changzhou Eaton Senyuan Switch Co., Ltd is one of the biggest MV circuit

breaker manufactures in China with about $80m of sales per year. The

company was acquired by Eaton in 2006.

. Lead the company's production, warehouse and SCM departments.

Reorganized the SCM department by setting up a dedicated sourcing

team to manage strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and supplier

development.

. Industrialized Xiria RMU product by transferring manufacturing and

sourcing from Europe to China and achieved 12% cost savings through

localization and VA/VE initiatives.

. Reduced DOH from 150 days to about 60 days by systematically

implementation of Lean initiatives, ERP and strategic supplier

cooperation initiatives such as supplier managed inventory and

consignment.

and over 10 distributors covering most energy companies in China.

Recruited, trained and supervised the sales and marketing team of over
