involving funds in the range from $120 million to $350 million.
. The implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act, section 404 of publically
traded clients.
. The audit and related SEC procedures in connection with a Chapter 11
bankruptcy and reorganization process of a large manufacturing client.
. Assisted with the ConocoPhillips merger filing in 2002.
. Assurance procedures for WHLC properties, in connection with their sale
with proceeds over $200 million.

connection with their implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act, section 404.

the successful debt offering by Switch & Data raising $120 million in
debt.
