Served as Chief Legal Officer for an international, Nasdaq listed wireless telecom company.

• Stabilized contractual relationships with major customers including Nokia, Siemens,
Allgon, Ceragon, and Lucent Alcatel through personal interactions that fostered trust and
confidence.
• Reduced reliance on outside counsel by creating standardized processes for contract
management, NDAs and trade secret protection, patent filings, S OX 404 sales contract
controls, Form 10Q & 10K sub certifications and U.S. export compliance.
