Sr. ABAP Programmer/Analyst

Interact with department supervisors and/or users to assess

business requirements and to plan, manage and deliver

satisfactory solutions to those requirements.

Business analyst for the Finance and Controlling (FI-CO)

modules. Responsible for SAP configuration and development of

SAP FI-CO enhancements including unit testing and system

validation. Work with users to develop business reporting

requirements.

Configured, customized, and implemented the Dunning process

resulting in a calculated $300,000 per month drop in accounts

receivables. Produced several ABAP reports with ALV display

of customers to be dunned. Created multiple BDC programs to

control who was to be dunned. Produced dunning letter forms

with Sapscript.

Designed, programmed, and implemented a store customer credit

information system to allow store managers to make customer

credit decisions at the store level. Produced multiple ABAP

reports with ALV display of customer accounts receivable

information. Created BDC programs to update customer credit

limits, credit rating and customer risk category. Extensive

use of ABAP workbench and debugger in creating this system.

Created user-friendly ABAP menu with command button controls.

This has significantly reduced the amount of calls to the

credit department for approval of customer orders.

Primary developer in the creation of a custom customer

complaint system. The complaint system included multiple data

entry screens done with dialog programming along with multiple

ABAP reports with ALV display. Created application menu with

menu painter.

Responsible for customized design, programming in the FI/CO,

SD, PP, and MM modules. This includes ABAP code debugging,

error analysis, code changes based on business requirements,

documentation, and user training.

Familiar with user exits within the FI/CO, SD, and MM modules.

Have applied multiple OSS notes within these modules.

Responsible for data extract of invoice aging data for

transfer to BI system.

Created customized forms for invoices, customer statements,

delivery notes, and purchase orders. Familiar with Smartforms

and Sapscript.

Produced ABAP BDC programs to change baseline date for aging

of invoices, to change standard cost of materials and info

records. Produced multiple other BDC programs as well.

Member of the ABAP team to upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. Was

responsible for seeing all ABAP programs worked during this

transition. Made changes as necessary.
