New Orleans-based International Matex Tank Terminals a $150 million liquid
products terminal facility in Geismar.
The Geismar Logistics Center is on 115 acres in the middle of the Geismar-
area chemical complex. It is phasing in limited services immediately and
will be in full service in December 2007 with 85 employees, the company
said Tuesday. Facility construction will support more than 450 jobs.
Requirements:
Provide oversight and management of a significant program's contracts,
budget, schedule, work plan, documents, and team communication. The program
will involve managing overall program elements for the client, HNTB, sub
consultants, design consultants, contractors, and other parties. Work with
Project Manager, under minimal supervision, to develop scopes of work, fee
estimates, project work plans, and contracts for HNTB and others. Manage
resource loaded project schedule/schedulers, document control, and exchange
of data with other program participants, including IT oversight for the
project team and/or project office. During construction phase, lead or work
with CM office engineer to manage the performance of compliance audits,
process request for change proposals, execute change orders, monitor the
project for claim avoidance, and coordinate work efforts and review work
