Director of Quality: Global Subscriber Platform and ASTRO Division (2004 -
2009)
Accountable for quality of all new and existing APCO 25 (P25) compliant
portable and mobile communication products for high profit business
targeted at homeland security, military and public safety segments of
federal, state and local governments worldwide. Directed co-located staff
of seven Quality professionals and oversaw work of Quality personnel
offshore which supported business. Guided Engineering and Manufacturing

site and approved work of Quality personnel offshore which supported
businesses. Also managed high quality, fast cycle time laboratory
responsible for delivering Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test
services to worldwide design centers seeking FCC Part 15 / 90 and Radio
Frequency (RF) immunity assessments.

Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award examination. Business won the
