EDUCATION
I graduated in May 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction
Management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Brauer Hall Engineering Building at Washington University
St. Louis, MO; April 2009 laid off January 8, 2010 from Clayco Construction
- $65 million GMP. This is a LEED Gold Building.
- This is a laboratory building with limestone and granite for the
building envelope, TPO, slate and copper copings for the roof. I
was responsible for building the roof and the laboratories safely
and with quality in mind.
North Pavilion Surgery Expansion at Memorial South Bend
South Bend, IN; November 2008, laid off January 9th, 2009 from Balfour
Beatty Construction
The project was cancelled shortly after I arrived. I assisted the
Superintendent with anything that needed to be done.
Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino
Santa Fe, NM; January 2007 to October 2008
- $180 million
- Completed 3 months early and under budget, ultra fast track job
- Brand new green field site on 85 acres, 1200 slot machines, sports
bar, tower bar, support space, 6 kitchens, deli, buffet, convention
center ballrooms, meeting rooms, 390 room Hilton hotel, Spa, Red Sage
Restaurant, outdoor pool, 700,000 sf
- I was under a superintendent and we were responsible for 400,000 of
the 700,000 sf of the job. I ran the skin of the Casino portion of
the job, was then transitioned to complete the in wall rough in to
hang drywall, from there I was responsible for the main kitchen,
buffet and the red sage restaurant.
Mansfield Medical Center
Mansfield, TX; July 2005 to December 2006
- $70 million
- Completed in 18 months with C. O. fast track project
- Brand new green field site on 35 acres, 4 room O.R. Suite, ER Suite,
ICU Suite, Radiology Suite, Women's Center with 7 LDR's, 2 C-section
O.R.'s, NICU, 2 floors of patient rooms, 5 story building, MOB 5
stories, 300,000 sf
- I was responsible for the building envelope submittals, RFI's and
procuring material. Half way through the job I was promoted to
Assistant Superintendent to run the 2nd and 3rd floors which were the
patient rooms and the Women's Center.
Expansion and Renovation of the Broward General Medical Center
Fort Lauderdale, FL; November 2002 to July 2005
- $100 million
- Stand Alone Central Energy Plant, 19 room O.R. Suite, 2 ICU Suites, 1
CCU Suite, Pediatrics Suite, E.R. Suite, 2 floors of patient rooms,
Central Sterile, Radiology Suite, 5 stories, 400,000 sf
- I was responsible for all of the MEP coordination, all city
permitting, MEP submittals and RFI's, keeping up to date 2 sets of
record documents and the city inspection documents, city inspection
log, MEP closeout
