Oversaw the collecting and cataloging of parts for outsource inspection.
Completed Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and assured that incoming
parts met the acceptable quality level (AQL). Recorded process analysis
using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Mini tab. Identified problems and
solutions in the manufacturing of residential circuit breakers. Operated
hardness, through hardness, and file hardness test equipment. Proficient in
the use of GD and T of prints, calipers, height gage, pin gauges, no/go
gauges, force test gauge, and comparator. Maintained blue prints and
certification files. Developed inspection training program for union
employees.
