the following duties: Programming; 10 years programming FADAL’s, and FANUC

controlled machining centers, 5 years programming with SURFCAM, 3 years programming

FANUC controlled Turning centers by hand without using programming software.

Setups; 10 years of setup of CNC & Manual mills and lathes, proper tool selection for the job,

program editing, troubleshooting program errors such as incorrect G & M codes and speeds

and feeds, and working with multiple fixture offsets.

Experienced doing precision layout work including inspection of parts using various inspection

equipment such as sine bars, gage blocks, height gages & comparators.

Experienced working from blueprints, sketches, or actual parts to determine dimensions &

Features of parts to build.

I have worked on various flight hardware contracts for NASA, Boeing, Martin-Marrieta, USA,
