#1 Energy Drink. During tenure, domestic sales increased from $500MM to
$1.5B. Managed $70MM indirect spend, including marketing (POS) materials,
travel contracts, nationwide service, and co-packing agreements. Recruited
and managed team of 3, and reported to CFO.
. Over $4MM cost savings in 2004 of $20MM budget, while improving item
quality, by eliminating brokers.
. Implemented MRP nationwide for 1000+ SKU's in 3 national warehouses
for 5 Business Units.
. Developed SAP report to calculate and improve key metrics and KPI's
including optimum forecast, budgeting, minimum order quantities, usage
