Business Analyst for Citigroup Risk Architecture working with Risk Management and technical operating

groups and partnered with key business stakeholders to identify emerging business requirements and IT

enabled operational efficiencies for risk mitigation. Developed and recommended strategies to implement

business process improvements through automation solutions, while maintaining serviceable, cost-effective

infrastructures. As technical liaison between technology and business users, led a series of upgrades and
