Company supplies injection molded interior hard trim parts to Toyota.
. Performed advanced engineering activities for new programs. Submitted
Statement of Work to tool and gage companies for quotation
process. Administered RFQ process for toolings, check fixtures and
secondary machines.
. Completed Engineering Bill of Materials. Attend meetings with Toyota
Engineers to review designs, request engineering changes, and submit
approval for injection tooling and check fixtures.
. Assisted in production material selection and component sourcing,
development, and production readiness of suppliers. Administered RFQ
process for materials and components.
. Work with manufacturing facility and program management to design poke
