I joined Installed Building Products, a construction company in Columbus

Ohio, in 2000. I built all of the processes for the Company's acquisition

rollup strategy which resulted in 400% sales growth between 2000 and 2006.

After being promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing, I created and

implemented the operational, administrative, and financial processes for

IBP's SaveWithInsulation division across 15 different markets.

In addition to managing the acquisition process and rollout of

SaveWithInsulation, I also participated in the Company's capital raise,
