Manage daily operations of a research and development inkjet proto-type lab, including
production manufacturing. Provide management support to 15-40 direct report personnel both
technical and non technical. Responsible for on time completion of experimental builds while also
achieving monthly production goals. Implement strategies to correct quality issues, machine down
time and non conforming material. Provide leadership in the areas of Safety/Ergonomics, the HP
Quality Management System (QMS) and (ISO 90001) to department operations team.
Lead teams to design and implement programs to reduce injuries while improving customer
satisfaction. Lead and direct root cause analysis of non compliance findings resulting
from QMS audits. Implement “lean” methodologies and improvements to factory by engaging in

work environment to staff. Schedule and oversee proto and production builds of inkjet pens in order
to meet and fulfill both internal and external customer demands. Facilitate daily Operations’ meetings and

programs such as book to physical inventory compliance, particle contamination reductions and
