* Responsible for 397 Substance Abuse licensure requirements for 9

facilities.

* Conduct internal clinical audits for 9 facilities ranging from minimum

risk day treatment to moderate-risk residential

* Develop training sessions for direct care staff and new hires

* Conduct training sessions

* Edit/Update Policy & Procedures to current Quality Assurance standards

* Assist with preparation for Medicaid audits

* Responsible for notifying all counselors, in 9 facilities, of training

events and updates to mental health and substance abuse services.

* Refer to reference manuals, textbooks and educational sites to

identify symptoms to determine diagnosis and intensity of treatment

needs.
