back to the floor level to involve all personnel to address these
concerns, and to provide an answer back to the customer.

Accomplishments
. Reduced headcount in my department at Sea Ray Boats from 35 to 27 by
changing the floor layout and cross training with no adverse affects
to quality or productivity. Saving Sea Ray $240,000 annually.
. Achieved ISO 9000 status while at Sea Ray Boats.
. Reduced resin and fiberglass amounts by 15% overall by introducing the
TFM monitoring system for resin and fiberglass ratio. $1.5 Million per
year in cost savings.
. Decreased Acrylic scrap by 50% at Dynasty Spas in less than 3 months.
. Turned around weekly budget in my departments at Dynasty Spas from a
$2500.00 a week loss to $1500.00 + a week profit.
. Cross trained operators extensively in all departments to improve
efficiency, down time and scrap.
