Project: Billing Solution Testing Operation

Billing solutions Testing Operation team is divided into three different

geographical regions - South West (SW), Mid-west (MW), and West (W). The

objective of this project is to perform System Test (ST) and validate to

ensure that new and ongoing business requirements for Customer Care &

Billing systems are consistently satisfied. It is a process where

application system Software is end-to-end tested within the billing

environment by an independent test organization. System functionality is

being exercised in 4 cycles. Cycles are simulated bill periods. Each

cycle uses the data for the particular bill period.

. Responsible for executing System Testing handling Bill Calculation,

Bill day, Revenue management, rating/discount, health of the Bill.
