Manage own projects and perform duties synergetic to multiple projects. Assist preliminary design, plug,
mould, and prototype construction. Responsible for meeting deadlines including Fort Lauderdale International
Boat Show and custom design product ship dates. Solely responsible for implementation of over one hundred
fifty production moulds related to the completely new 2010 model year 40 Cuddy project. Jointly responsible
for hundreds of projects of all sizes and levels of complexity imaginable.
• Manage materials, processes, time and labor to deliver the previously six weeks delayed 40 Cuddy
project on time to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show within ten weeks of hire date.
• Responsibilities including but not exclusive to assembly, grinding, design, fabrication, lamination,
permanent production mould construction, temporary mould construction, and coordination between
nearly every department in the production facility immediately upon accepting employment.
• Abstract design spiral application including helm stations, wet and dry bartender furniture, hatches,
drainage solutions, windows, mechanized cabinetry including lazy Suzan style scuba tank receptacles,
hidden flat screen televisions and full interior remodel applications. All custom work done per customer
requests.
• Solely responsible for all phases of management of those designs assigned from start to finish.
Including cost and material projections, structural reinforcement lamination schedules, labor assignment,
provision procurement, and deadline completion assurance.
• Employed time saving process improvements allowing projects to be completed in as little as sixty

Assist design process of all new product including plug building, radii detail, primer and finish gel coat sanding,
and prep. Assist mould construction through laminating, building mould frames per engineered specifications,
installing mould frames and preparation for initial production run of new moulds. Perform various supervisory
duties in absence of immediate supervisor including construction of prototypes, assign daily work schedules,
train new and existing employees and overseeing schedules in all phases of the development of any new
product.
• Extensive plug building experience at Pro Line Boats including but not exclusive to decks, cabin liners,
stringers, and small parts plugs for the 35 Express, 32 Express, 29 Grand Sport, 26 Sport, 23 Express, 23
Express Pilot House, and 23 Bay projects.
• Develop 23 Express Pilot House hard top technology employing CCP methods achieving hollow cavities
within a single stage injection process without castings or preliminary infusion processes.

Cabinet Builder October 18, 2004 to March 15, 2005
Perform all duties associated with building and installing cabinets in large powerboats including reading prints,
cutting parts, assembling parts, finishing all surfaces, cutting and finishing special trim, installing lights,
televisions, switches and all associated correct wiring. Maintain neat, clean work environment, develop time
saving installation procedures and patterns to ensure an ever increasing level of quality in the final product.
Assist in management functions such as material replenishment, assign work duties/schedules and assembly line
warranty duties consisting of repair or replace any damaged component of any boat in assembly at any time.
• During first six weeks of employment assisted in pattern making that brought an ineffective production
process of the 32 Express from being three weeks behind schedule to one week ahead.
• Trained existing employees in cost reducing production processes that raised the esthetics of the final
product of three assembly lines building eight different model boats.

parts of cabinets for different models of boats.
• Develop new methods of utilizing heat bending of plastic reinforced Formica panels for custom panels

Build customer confidence in the field, Corian repairs, remodeling interiors of water damaged boats, service
accounts of three different companies and ten different product lines and the reduction of company costs
through accurate projections of materials required. Develop method of tracking warranty repairs per product
line and employee responsibility therein. Responsible for all expense accounts related to trips taken.
• Relamination of a Legend 456 in Greece, August 2003. Grind all existing exterior laminate from hull
and keel, repair all osmosis blister present, relaminate the entire exterior surface with three layers of
24/1.5 biaxial woven roving sandwiched between four layers of 1.5 oz chopped strand mat laminated
with vinyl ester resin then top coated with bottom paint from the water line to the keel.
• Remodel interior of a Hunter 306 Special Edition cherry wood boat in Toronto, December 2003.
Remove all cabinetry from boat, assemble new cabinetry in main salon area, apply finish to assembled
cabinetry and install all new cabinetry after reupholstering ceiling liner throughout.
• Repair all damaged Corian countertops in the field consisting of routing damaged areas, sculpting repair
sections, gluing, sanding, and buffing entire countertop surface to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Structural repair to JH product line boats including laminating woven roving material with plexus 317 to
ensure a superior bond to ABS substrate, replace main salon windows using Sikaflex to allow adequate
flex reducing likelihood of subsequent repairs.
Bonding Team Leader August 10, 2003 to October 18, 2004
Perform supervisory duties associated with bonding the modular integrated stringer and cabinetry to the hull of
all product manufactured under the Hunter name. Develop methods for operating under Plexus 640 time
constraints including pattern making of stringer grid layouts and hull locating methods ensuring proper location
of module to hull every time. Responsible for assigning daily tasks, material replenishment, training, hiring,
approval of schedules and overtime for all employees in Bonding Department.
• Employ time saving and waste reducing production procedures while maintaining rigid tolerances to
engineered specifications.
• Train all employees in health hazards of working with polystyrene resins, Plexus adhesives, and MEKP
