Work History
I am an accomplished, results oriented leader with a very successful
Construction Management track record. I started working in residential
construction with M/I Homes in 1995, upon graduating from Bowling Green
State University with a BA degree in Construction Management, I was
promoted to a Superintendent's position with M/I Homes.
My last two plus years with Continental Drywall and Insulation, currently
as the VP of Operations, I have had the opportunity to learn and experience
the inside operations of the building industry first hand. I rapidly
advanced to a leadership role within Continental Drywall and Insulation by
being attentive to detail and implementing new revenue generating and cost
containment procedures for the Company.
My focus has been on the management of the financial aspect of the
satellite operations, which includes management of company receivables,
Work In Process, company payables, customer relations, and financial
statement monitoring. This experience has provided me with the ability to
provide to the company profitability through financial and operational
controls. This has also provided me with the skill to make decisions on an
expeditious and daily basis.
