. Utilized deep knowledge of cost estimating with an attention to
detail to win multiple bridge and building projects and to
establish budgets of up to $30 million dollars
. Estimated costs, forecasted revenue, and managed construction of
many projects including retrofits of the San Francisco Elevated Hwy
80, the San Mateo Bridge, the Hwy 70 Bridge over Lake Oroville, and
new construction of the Milpitas Power Plant foundations, the UC
Davis Surgery and Medical Services Pavilion foundations, the Hwy
680/24 Interchange, and the Minneapolis Light Rail
. Bid and won 50+ high level civil projects, including various
Caltrans, City, and County bridge projects, due to innovative
planning and creative mathematical problem solving
. Utilized differential calculus and structural design techniques to
consistently design and deliver innovative tooling, formwork,
shoring and scaffolding systems, many new to the industry
. Forecasted project revenues and costs, tracked project costs, and

implemented them in the field; created innovative tooling such as
