CAREER SUMMARY
Eight years of experience as a Production Supervisor leading 25 employees in
a very fast paced, well run, progressive and non union manufacturing
operation. This expertise is complemented by an additional eight years
experience as a Quality Engineer in a very demanding TS 16949/ISO 14001
certified work environment. My team helped the company win numerous
awards, including the first Governor’s Workers Compensation Excellence
Award. I am a person that you can depend on and put a high level of trust in.

CAREER HISTORY
Steere Enterprises Tallmadge, Ohio 1984 7/2009
Steere is a state of the art, TS 16949/ISO 14001 certified, 200 employee,
non union manufacturing plant producing plastic air induction engine parts
for the automotive industry.
Quality Engineer/Calibration 2008 2009
Responsible for the entire Steere gage system including gage calibrations.
Wrote internal inspection plans and made spec changes. Was a member of
the TS 16949/ISO 14001 audit team performing internal audits and process
audits.
Supplier Quality Engineer 2001 2008
Responsible for all supplier quality issues including handling raw material
and component non conformances and interacting directly with supplier
contacts. Evaluated supplier PPAPs, designed component gages and wrote
component receiving inspection plans. Also managed all Quality department
blueprints and performed internal audits and process audits.
Production Supervisor 1993 2001
Managed a production crew of 25 employees and responsible for meeting
safety, quality and production standards. Scheduled personnel, conducted
safety and team meetings, trained new employees, counseled employees and
handled any disciplinary issues.
