(2005 - 2008) Account / Program Manager - Mechatronic Devices Group

Responsible for the Ford account, provided commercial, technical and

program management support for all NA Ford vehicles helping retain Alps 95%

sensor penetration rate, $30M account value. Responsible for the Delphi

account, acted as Global Account Manager for sensor business coordinating

regional Delphi and Alps offices in China, Korea and Brazil, $25M account

value. Successfully negotiated cost increases due to low take rate orders.

Lead executive level warranty discussions diffusing a $20M warranty claim

resulting in zero dollar repayment. Successfully negotiated with

BorgWarner and Chrysler program cancellation charges due to early program

termination. Expanded customer base into non-automotive sectors such as

outdoor and recreational power equipment. Established key contacts with

new automotive partners including Honeywell, Walbro, Pierburg, Faurecia and

several other Tier One suppliers. Heavily promoted new sensor products

such as small engine, turbo actuator and next generation non-contact

for GM, BorgWarner, Delphi, Keiper and multiple Tier One accounts for

sensors: brake apply, exhaust gas recirculation, throttle position and seat

recliner. Increased sales by $10M maintaining sole supplier status of

brake applied sensors to GM. Achieved a threefold increase in seat

recliner business with Keiper / Recaro. Lead advanced technical and

commercial discussions securing BorgWarner EGR sensor business. Established
