International Automotive Components-North America (formally Lear Corporation), Fremont, Ohio (May 2000 – January 2009)

Tier 1 supplier of plastic blow molded parts for the automotive industry. Customers include GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota, and

Nissan.

QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE / QUALITY ENGINEER (Dec. 2005 –Jan. 2009):

Served as the company’s Management Representative ensuring the processes needed for the Quality Management System are

established, implemented and maintained, reporting to top management on the performance of the Quality Management

System and any need for improvement. (Position eliminated as of January 30, 2009 as the result of the current economic

business condition in the automotive industry.)

Administered, audited, and improved the Quality System to qualify for and maintain certification according to

ISO/TS16949 requirements and assists with ISO14001 compliance.

Developed and administered, through document control reviews and signoff of written Procedures, Policies, SOPs,

GMPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Templates, and Deviations.

Responsible for all document control in accordance with TS16949 and ISO14001 ensuring compliance with all

company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations, and maintaining QA files and archives.

Strong problem solving, analytical, and customer communication skills to ensure proactive and timely corrective /

preventative actions including the ability to lead root cause analysis and generate clear concise responses.

meet QS9000 requirements of new products prior to production, and into launch of production.
