3. Member of executive management team with overall financial

responsibility for 25 international companies located in North, South and

Central America, with a combined annual revenue of $85-$90 million. Major

areas of responsibility included acquisition review and analysis, general

accounting and reporting, treasury and cash management, budgeting,

personnel policies and procedures and fleet management.

4. Introduced and administered a self insurance health plan which

resulted in savings of $600,000 per year.

5. Developed and installed a work-in-process system for one company

which resulted in an additional $100,000 annual billing.

6. Built and maintained a financial team of 26 where 85% were long-term

employees of eight years or longer.
