Selected Personal Achievements
. Dramatically reduced SAP production order cost variances by 448%,
$224,000 to $50,000, the first month after manufacturing planning and
finance teams were trained on a new process to locate production cost
errors, how to correct them and monitor production orders on a timely
basis.
. Created over 100 SAP business process and critical function procedures
and presented over 20 functional PowerPoint training presentations to all
departments and levels including one-on-one transaction/process training
and department specific function.
. Managed and supported day-to-day supply chain environment with functional
training, process improvement, reporting, order scheduling, inventory
errors, master data accuracy, costing and daily problem solving.
. Managed material master data; cost data and financial settings,
maintenance, accuracy, descriptions, procurement fields, material groups,
codes (product hierarchy, profit center, commodity), creation and
extension, daily support/supervision, error correction and standardized
material numbers.
. Tracked, analyzed and reported cross-functional performance metrics thru
the use of KBM's (Key Business Metrics). Tracked over 25 corporate,
division and business unit metrics used to improve end-to-end processes.
Kaizen teams formed based on data provided for sales order to shipment
cycle times leading to a reduction in cycle time from 11 days to 3 days.
. Developed a process to monitor SAP MRP forecasts and standardized a
procedure to delete past unused forecasts that could negatively impact
inventory levels.
