achieved with little guidance or input to design requirements. The
President, comptroller, and all worldwide sales managers now use this
portal on a daily basis which has also started receiving interest from the
parent company.
Served as a contract resource for the implementation of the Global 360 BPM
system then became sole technical resource for BellSouth (AT&T),
successfully replacing 4 vendor personnel when BellSouth opted to not renew
vendor contract. Worked with management to continue implementing automated
workflows and increased efficiency.

retrieval departments of the banking community. After a successful beta
period the product is now deployed at several financial institutes.
Asked by Bank One in Columbus Ohio to analyze a vendor proposal for a major
field expansion project to the older ASI banking products. I proposed, and
was awarded, an alternative plan which delivered the ASI enhancements and
work around at a fraction of the cost and time proposed by the actual
vendor.
DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE:
August 2008 - Current SoftServe Technologies, LLC (self employed)
Independent contractor hired by Purafil, Inc., a small manufacturing
company, to design and build an intranet product to support management
reporting and analysis of company business data generated and processed by
the Macola ERP system. Portal was built using Visual Studio 2005, ASP.NET,
VB.NET, and C #, AJAX, JavaScript and Crystal Reports. Responsible for
developing several SQL tables and views used to support the portal using
SQL Server 2000. Developed some basic stored procedures used by the
KnowledgeSync product to process transactions defined in its schedule
process.
Programmed several functions in their updated public internet site using
Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET, AJAX and C #, using SQL Server 2005 and
Windows Server 2003 and IIS 7. Responsible for implementing the database,
tables, indexes and views which supported the Purafil specific 'secured'
data using SQL Server Management Studio.
June 2008 - Feb 2009 SoftServe Technologies, LLC (self employed)
Contracted by Custom Control Solutions, LLC to develop a system to monitor
and control the environment within a bank of sealed chambers for a material
testing laboratory. The Windows based system was built using the National
Instruments Labview development package which is built on the .NET
platform. Completed an ASP.NET project for the same client when it was
abandoned by a contractor. This system used ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, SQL Server
2005, IIS 6.0 and Windows Server 2003. Produced some simple reports in
SSRS for the client to use as examples for their own SSRS project.
July 2006 - July 2008 TEKsystems - BellSouth/AT&T, Inc.
W2 contractor working on a project with BellSouth (now AT&T). System
support was later turned over from the Global 360 selected vendor to
BellSouth. At that time my responsibilities expanded to include support and
enhancement of several custom workflow modules as well as a complete custom
application used as part of the workflow process. The Global 360 system
contained both ASP Web components and client/server modules running on
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6.0. The database used in this
project was Oracle9i. All of the custom modules are written using Visual
Studio 2005. The custom application used an address cleansing software by
Satori Software as well as Web Service calls to an internal API accessing
the BellSouth account master on the mainframe. Developed several user
reports and ad-hoc functions/utilities using MS Access with custom VBA
modules for accessing Global 360 file structures as well as Oracle database
tables. Some later reporting functions were developed with Visual Studio
2005 using MS SQL Server 2005 and SSRS.
2002 - 2007 SoftServe Technologies, LLC (self employed)
Independent contractor performing as one of the principal developers on a
project to produce a new banking software product. My responsibility for
deliverables became the development of the Web (intranet) portion of the
product on the Visual Studio 2003 platform using ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML,
XML, JavaScript and IIS 6.0. I was also developer of several XML schemas to
interface to external user systems. Primary developer of all databases
(tables, indexes and stored procedures) built and maintained with SQL
Server 2000 using ADO.NET. This 3-tier design used many stored procedures
to support the process rules of the business tier. I developed web
services that allowed specific functions in the product to interface to
another vendor's DB2 database on the mainframe and to send and retrieve
data from a mainframe request system using CICS transactions that I also
developed.
1999 - 2002 EBS3, Inc. (partnership)
Principal/Consultant consulting in the banking industry. Contracted with
different banks to enhance the ASI banking products. Deliverables included
VB interfaces to the new Carreker product named 'Adjustments Express' and a
major field expansion project to the older ASI products. I delivered the
ASI enhancements and work around at a fraction of cost proposed by the
actual vendor.
