• Manage development of a $20 million 105 acre mixed use commercial project. Plan the best mix
of commercial, warehouse and residential zones within local guidelines. Sell parcels and
construct buildings for clients.
• Determine the type and size of roads, open space and utilities required. Accept designs and bids
for work to be completed. Direct the construction of infrastructure according to budget and time
constraints.
• Establish sales and profitability goals. Assemble a team of architects, engineers and site
