Reported to Division President and Manufacturing Senior V.P. - Responsible

for developing and managing executive level programs to deliver improved

business processes, identify and quantify division sales opportunities, and

to develop division financial scorecards.

. Co-partnered business plan, and headed engineering development to

introduce new VFD (variable frequency drive) product line. This high

voltage electronic bypass switch was a "first of its kind" for the

division is now a $5 million annual business. Managing internal and

external engineering resources, this product line was completed through

manufacturing within 7 months resulting with an innovative product patent

(Patent 7,598,628.)

. Reduced down time at 150 employee factory by developing and implementing

a WEB-based production monitoring system still in use today (Patent

7,281,221.)

. Oversight of large matrix of teams focused on increasing efficiency of

manufacturing and office processes. Implemented programs to reduce
