Used development tool application designer to design and customize the
application product.
Built new business navigator to access the new panels taking care of
operator security. Attached the new panels to the Menus and implemented
security using Security Administrator.
Used data audits for each and every modification made to the system.
Used Process Scheduler to run the reports from the new panel developed.
Converted data from legacy system to PeopleSoft HR as well as
Financials application tables such as Personal Data, Job, Job Code,
Department, Location, Pay earnings and Pay other earns using SQR.

Material Cost Control system is all about manufacturing & costing of
paints. The system had provisions to enter formulations, entering the
actual at every stage of production provisions for batches that undergo
reprocessing. The system gives reports of batches under production,
machines being used, costing etc. Inventory system had different
modules having specific functions. Some of the many functions were
taking into account the material coming into plant, daily receipts,
issues, loans, reports & stock taking modules. Freight system takes
into account the freight charges involved in the raw material/finished
goods transfers. The transfers could be interplant, loans taken etc.
