ensure all HR, Department of Transportation (DOT) and OSHA recordkeeping
requirements maintained. Critical responsibilities included hiring and
staffing (hourly and salary), self-insured health insurance administration
and management, maintaining union-free environment, discipline
administration, management of workers compensation case management and
representing the facility at all functions associated with the HR
