Managed $1.6 billion in both direct and indirect spend categories for 50+ locations globally including an

Asia Procurement Office, global commodity management teams and sourcing analysts. Led special

project to evaluate operations in the UK and India and develop future operating strategies. Administered

Directly accountable for P&L, sales, marketing, service, engineering, brand management, administrative

and purchasing for a $40 million private labeled equipment, primary plant systems contractor and

rebuild/retrofit OEM products business unit with 22 reports including project managers, service

engineers, inside sales, marketing and administration personnel.

• Executed forward vision to capitalize on value-added products, services and new

products/markets and focused on internal cross-functional training and cost control that

resulted in exceeded top/bottom line goals by 113% and 173% respectively in a shrinking

market.
