Provide consulting services for investment management firms with regard to
acquisition, financing, and deal structure for commercial real estate
projects. Bought, sold, rehabilitated, developed, managed, supervised
management, and financed over 200 multifamily, retail, hotel, warehouse,
single family, and raw land properties throughout metropolitan Atlanta with
an aggregate market value of over 40 million dollars. Purchased distressed
debt instruments for ultimate acquisition of underlying real property.
Negotiated and prepared agreements and contracts for partnerships, joint
ventures, purchase and sale transactions, construction, and operations
related to the above activities. Directly executed and supervised the
execution of the acquisition, rehabilitation or development, operation, and
disposition plan for each real estate asset.

worth clients on business, investment, and financial matters
Principal in charge of real estate investments for the firm.
Located, analyzed, negotiated, structured, financed purchased, and
supervised the management and ultimate disposition of all direct (non-
liquid) real estate investments for the firm's clients with an aggregate
market value in excess of 100 million dollars. Investments consisted of
existing and new development multifamily, office, retail, industrial, land,
and distressed debt.
Determined and executed capital structure strategies for real estate
investments by creating different investment participation and risk
tranches, and raising capital.
Devised and implemented all stock, bond, and interest rate hedging
strategies for the firm with a focus on capitalizing on opportunistic
interest rate swaps/market inefficiencies.
Personally managed on a discretionary basis over 100 million of my
clients' liquid investment capital by investing in domestic and
international equity securities, REITs, debt securities, and direct real
estate and venture capital investments.
Developed and maintained individual client relationships. Met with clients
on a quarterly basis to review and discuss investment results and advise on
other financial matters. Advised clients on financial matters pertaining to
income taxes, estate planning, insurance, retirement planning and a variety
of other financial matters. (Founding employee following graduate school
