North American chemical, mining, food-producing clients who utilize
horizontal pressure filters, belt filters and leaf type filters for
solid/liquid separations. Managed Field Service and Engineering Staff.

prepared and delivered presentations to key customers, supported the sales
team, developed quotes for service work. Responsible for a sales budget of
approximately $3.5 million comprised of used equipment sales,

Engineering, Parsons Engineering at locations such as FMC, and Proctor and
Gamble, in a highly diverse array of engineering and engineering management

2000-2002 GEA Niro/Project Manager LLNA/ MWH/AES Edwards
Successfully completed two Greenfield dairy evaporation-processing plants
with a combined value of $14 million dollars and several smaller expansion
projects. Managed the design, engineering, construction, commissioning and
optimization efforts.
Project Manager for a $20M plant outage and the Greenfield installation of
a Selective Catalytic Reactor for the reduction of nitrogen oxides for a
coal fired electric generating plant. Managed the design, engineering,
construction, commissioning and optimization efforts. Budget
responsibility, project value was $50 million.
1998 - 2000 Chesapeake Paperboard Inc., Baltimore, Maryland
Plant Engineer/Process Engineer, Responsible for all plant maintenance
(electrical, mechanical and instrumentation), capital projects valued at
approximately $6 million dollars, and developing and implementing process
improvements.
Designed, implemented, and maintained a highly successful maintenance
safety program and a millwright-training program. Managed maintenance
delay to less than 2% by implementing preventative and predictive
maintenance practices and record keeping procedures that quantified
results.
1997-1998 SVS Research and Development
Technical Consultant, assisted in design through manufacturing of a
portable moisture detection device for monitoring paper machine drainage,
acted as the principle liaison with the project sponsor, (WEAVEXX). The
successful device yielded exclusive patent rights to SVS Inc.
1994-1997 United States Gypsum Co., Galena Park, Texas Plant Engineer,
Responsible for all plant maintenance and process engineering, principle
duties included the management of the mechanical, instrumentation, and
electrical departments for a paper recycling firm and the development of
capital requests, installation, management, and commissioning of capital
projects valued at approximately $6million. Developed requests for
funding, completed construction, installation, and optimization.
