New Edge Group acquired FIMAS Financials and Calyon Financials, and as a

result the company's business volume had increased significantly. As the

transaction volume increased, operation of the Iseries environment became

more problematic the various exchanges are being stressed by high volume

and are delivering required closing price information late. Similarly,

business users are turning over the system for night processing later and

later as their volumes increases End of day batch times are increasing

with increasing volumes, and as a result, they are missing target

completion times more often. In order to achieve target completion times

for each exchange closing batch jobs, optimization is required on

existing programs to execute better performance. Design and Development

of Pricing Updates and Real time Data Updates and Extracted Loan Account

Master, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable systems

Honda Express Transport and Warehouse Management System Short Part Project

Honda Express is Transport Company to Procure Various Parts from Various

Vendors, Stage them in Warehouse and Ship them to Honda Facilities based on

Demand of Supply. So Honda Express needs to improve their Trucking

Transport System as well as effective use of Warehouse facility.

This project was part of Honda Express Warehouse Management's new module,

which allows the system to get updated automatically if any parts are

short during; this module also automatically downloads this information

into an excel spreadsheet, and also transfers data through FTP

Automatic Email Message system broadcasted with ROBOT Job scheduler. The

purpose of this project is to contact the manufacturer and the Honda

Plant with details of the short part information through the Excel system

Honda Express Warehouse Management System Load Assignment Project

Automatic Load Assignment is a process to ship parts to the Honda Plant

through trailers in a proper way. Load Assignment was done through a

manual process, which was very time consuming and created a higher chance

of improper trailer/truck management. The purpose of the new project was

to automate the process and create a more effective use of trailers

without mistakes. Email Broadcast scheduled in ROBOT Console, when the

new model required more than 8 Lots

This solution will automate the weekly pulse report creation process, and

deliver an additional 120 phone metrics

DHL Financial System Project

The CREST (Common Reporting System) project was designed to deliver a

single group-wide tool based on SAP for group consolidation and reporting

requirements. Entities from DPWN's corporate divisions across the world

are required to provide data in a prescribed format to CREST at month-end

Currently this process is done manually for Canada; the objective of this

exercise was to develop automated interfaces for the Canadian entities to

provide accruals data to CREST

office where Gentran software will translate data and send to the Trading

Partner

Transmitting shipping information from MOVEX to Gentran is automatic;

setting up trading partner, ship-to-location is done at the Gentran
