the 2 large area developers in Central and Western Pennsylvania. Partnered
with franchisees to conduct feasibility studies, enable franchisees to
effectively permit for remodels/new construction, increase profitability
through vendor selection/negotiation, impact the timeline of projects by
coaching, counseling and convincing (as opposed to direct control) with
designers, engineers, architects and contractors. Conducted weekly site

Allen Construction Services, LLC was a general contractor/project manager
service that specialized in building and remodeling Yum! Brand restaurants
(KFC, Pizza Hut, A&W, Long John Silver, Taco Bell).
Hired to spearhead business in the Northeast and coordinate projects in the
Eastern United States. Senior leadership position: primary company
representative for all transactions in territory. Served as liaison with
franchisees: set up subcontractors, met with government officials before,
during and after a project (zoning, variances, permitting); managed
logistics, scoped projects (including measurements); and coordinated
projects from start through punch list. Interviewed, hired and managed
engineers, architects, and consultants for franchisees. Coordinated living
quarters and transportation for an out of state work force, brought in at
various times in the project. Worked closely with franchisees on facility-
related issues such as office remodels, grease trap replacement, roof
replacement, sewer related issues, HVAC, equipment and fixture replacement.
