Systems Analysis & Design: As a principle designer for major corporate
systems architecture, I collaborated in the design and implementation of a
major web modernization of a corporate system. Developed and orchestrated
the introduction of record level access to mainframe increasing data access
capabilities many fold over, and making legacy application web enabled with
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementation. Enhanced mainframe
deployment process and made it analogous to any Pc application. Implemented
complex web based systems with a simplistic user interface to enhance use
and perception.
Project Management: I used a full System design life cycle (SDLC)
implementation, and management using agile project management in the form
of Scrum Project management. While working as a team member in a large
nationwide network, we supported a very large corporate environment. My
vision led to building very efficient teams, it led a small start-up in TN
to become a renowned mainframe application development team. I negotiated a
major agreement with large software development organizations, coordinated
