EXXONMOBIL NATUNA (Aug '09 - Present) HOUSTON, TX
Working on conceptual design of an offshore gas receiving and
processing plant. Design includes treatment of over two BSCFD
inlet fluid containing 70% CO2 and 0.5% H2S using Ryan Holmes
process.
. Optimization of the existing process using Aspen HYSYS.
. In charge for study of hot oil and sea/cooling water systems
and prepared final reports.
. Two/Three-Phase separator sizing.
. PFD and P&ID development and review.
. Heat/Mass balance, hydraulic and linesizing calculations.
WORLD GTL (Feb'09-Jul'09) HOUSTON, TX
Project included Fischer Tropsch conversion of natural gas to

. Identified relieving scenarios and sized PSVs for the whole

. Modeled the flare system on Flarenet to check its adequacy
and suggested changes to the existing system and also
prepared the study report.

Worked on detail engineering of offshore gravity based structure
(GBS) LNG regasification terminal.
. Simulated seawater system on KYPipe to analyze pressure
profile of the system and made recommendations to get the
desired pressures at various points in the system.
. Worked on the linelist during the earlier stage of the

OHIO CLEAN RIVER FUELS-CARBON MANAGEMENT STUDY (Apr '09 - May
'09) HOUSTON, TX
Scope was to evaluate different compressor technologies and
different compressor/pump strategies for transferring CO2
available from the gasification plant to the pipeline for EOR
application.
. Developed compression/pumping train on Aspen HYSYS for
different types of compressors namely RAMGEN and Centrifugal
compressors.
. Prepared datasheets for intercoolers, separators, dehydration
package and refrigeration package.
. Compared costs of different compressor types and made
recommendations to client.
RAS TANURA INTEGRATED PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY

Project included developing FEED package for a 40,000 MTPA PMDI
plant using Dow technology.

EXXONMOBIL SINGAPORE PARALLEL TRAIN PROJECT (Feb'06-Dec'06)

Project included preparation of FEED for expansion of existing
polymer plant. Scope of work included two new parallel
polymerization as well as finishing lines for polyethylene and
one finishing line for polypropylene.
. Responsible for specification of all the process equipments
in the Finishing area and development of P&IDs.
. Prepared in-line instrument datasheets using INtools.
