Internet provider. A direct report to the CEO, President and
Board Chair, assisted in a corporate turnaround resulting in the
doubling of the stock price in less than five years and the
successful exit of a Private Equity major shareholder.
Responsible for all legal and regulatory matters including but
not limited to securities compliance, negotiation of
transactions, litigation and internal investigations.
A critical business partner in all major transactions - provide leadership
on matters ranging from the spin-off of major business units to the
negotiation of major capital expansion projects, the creation of new lines
of business, negotiations with vendors and establishing appropriate
customer care policies.
Provide support to the Board and its Committees, advise on corporate
governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and participate in quarterly
earnings calls and responsible for the proxy statement and the annual
meeting.

stock plan administration program, a corporate real estate program, and the
company's environmental health and safety programs.

Alaska, and New York, administrative tribunals in Alaska, and
