CDL drivers for a wide variety of transportation companies throughout the

state of Iowa. A market innovator, Driver Pros USA provides professional

As the Driver Services/Account Manager, I instituted a simplified pricing

structure that enabled all the staffing offices to sell more effectively. I

also trained all account managers on the new pricing structure with an

examples program. I implemented a direct driver hiring guideline that

proved to be a revenue generator for the corporation as well as the

individual staffing offices. I organized meetings with new and established

clients and performed sales presentations that provided clients with

information about Driver Pros USA and its sister companies. I followed up

with human resource & safety managers to answer questions and resolve

concerns. I generated referrals and built personal relationships with each

client.
