support the valuation of each acquisition target. Additional

responsibilities include; project management of divestiture projects,

review of legal agreements related to global divestitures and/or out-

licensing projects to ensure corporate business objectives are achieved and

maintained, financial analysis to support the business development decision

making process, competitive industry intelligence, providing business
